    Download from a changing IP description

    This Perl file can help webmasters keep track of IP changes of a host

    It can be used for extending web hosting space to the user's personal computer.

    The script will be installed on the mai server, while the user has to install an Apache server on his side.

    The script will remember all the IP changes of the user's personal computer, and act as it was an extension of the hard-drive.

    Using this technique, the user can store items on his computer and link them frm inside his website.
