    jQuery schmarkItUp description

    This is a jQuery plugin for styling text inside a textarea

    It looks like a WYSIWYG editor, but the displayed content is displayed as raw HTML code, instead of the classical formatted look.

    schmarkItUp is loosely based on markItUp.

    Comes with a controls toolbar that can be placed on the top or the bottom of the textarea.

    A working demo is included with the download package.

    Requirements:

    · JavaScript enabled on client side
    · jQuery
