Password File Monitor is set to monitor any number of password files on your server. This script notifies you via email every time any of your password files changes.

Once the password traders hit your site, the damage has long since been done. Password File Monitor gives you a good chance of catching them in the act, giving you the chance to find and close your security hole. And, of course, you can remove the "custom pass" before it costs you a bundle.
