It allows high-throughput, quantitative analysis of behavior in freely moving flies.
The quality of the tracking results allows to maintain fly identities indefinitely with minimal supervision, and on average for 1.5 fly-hours automatically.
The download package contains the source code of the program, written in Python.
MATLAB toolboxes and Windows installers have also been developed and are avaialable on the program's home page at the California's Institute of Technology or from the Softpedia Windows Index page.
