MathApplets are Java applets to help teach discrete math.
This package contains the following applets:
- Basic Set Applet - Set theory exercises using sets of numbers.
- Blackjack Applet - Probability theory tied to a popular card game.
- Factorizer Applet - Factors numbers into prime components.
- Fitts Law Applet - Fitt's Law is used to measure the time it takes to move a mouse to a target, given the distance to the target and the size of the target.
- Pascal's Triangle Applet - This applet produces a given row of Pascal's Triangle.
- Peter's Problem Applet - An interesting problem on many levels, tied to graph theory among other things. Peter's task is to install x machines into x Unimarts in the shortest time possible. He can install units himself, train others to install them, or train other trainers. What is Peter's optimal course of action?
