    GA To Solve The Unit Commitment Problem description

    This code is an experimentat of using genetic algorithm to solve the Unit Commitment problem

    It focuses on the effect of different selection towards the robustness of the GA.

    In this code, it is only included the GA with Roulette Wheel selection method.
