By default it watches the RSS feed of NOAA (National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration).
It checks the feed on a timed schedule, then message an user if an alert status changes in the zone he set to watch for.
The alert message is short enough to send to a mobile phone, Blackberry, tweet or email.
Messages can be customized in the script settings.
Supports sending messages by email and Twitter.

· safe_mode off

· Added OAuth/Twitter authentication (TweetWX642) because user/password authentication is being disallowed after June 30th, 2010. See the readme.txt inside the TweetWX642 folder if you are upgrading and you use the Twitter feature.
