The PHPMass Real Estate is a software package used by real estate companies to promote properties. It is extremely easy to use but full of usefull features in sales success.
Because it is loaded with translation tools, the Real Estate Website can be easily translated in any other language than english. The Real Estate Software is structured in 2 parts:
- The frontend - that includes the properties database, maps with states and cities.
- The backend - (administration) gives you tools for managing properties, categories, maps, cities, states and zip codes.
Requirements:
· A minimum of 15 MB of available space
· PHP - version 5 (v4 is also supported via PHP_Compat)
· MySQL Database - a minimum of v3.23
· Webserver - Apache Webserver is recommanded with mod_rewrite
· Cron daemon - Necesary to process the email queue and the search index
