    Turtl description

    This is an HTTP proxy whose purpose is to throttle connections to specific hostnames

    It provides a good tool for developers to hide their requests on API hosting servers.

    Services like Technorati, Del.icio.us and Twitter have a limit of requests per time period.

    By hiding the source of the request, the user can make unlimited calls.

    It so avoids breaking the terms of usage of the API providers.
