Ceaser 1.2

This is a web interface for creating CSS eased animations
Allows, using a drag and drop interface, users to create a easing animation curve and have Ceaser generate the equivalent code in CSS transitions.

Comes with cross-browser support, rendering manufacturer prefixed syntax for browser targeting.

When unzipping the download package, the entire Ceaser interface is fully functional out of the box, not needing a web server to run from.
