Product Sales Rank 1.0

Unlike the simple Best Sellers list, Product Sales Rank will rank every product in your database based on sales (approximate value derived from orders x products) or on order count. Other options include ordinal or cardinal numbering and whether or not to include products with status=0 in the ranking.

Because the ranking is generated by comparing every product in your database, it is recommended to run Product Sales Rank via cron.
