The Unevent plugin for jQuery is very simple to use and is for one type of action only.
Unevent will execute a callback only if an event is not triggered for a given interval.
It is not as complicated as it sounds. Per example we have a function that executes on a certain event: mouse movement inside a DIV. If we want to execute another different function if the mouse has not moved for a period of time, Unevent can be used to execute that function.
A demo and documentation are included with the download package.
Requirements:
· JavaScript enabled on client side
· jQuery 1.6 or higher
