It supports dragging and re-arranging simple text of complicated divs and images placed inside simple unordered list elements.
Requirements:
· JavaScript enabled on client side
· jQuery 1.3 or higher

· Use different approach for dragging table cells to work around issue in Chrome / Safari (also allows placeHolderTemplate to now work), thanks macnus.
· Include padding when detecting whether mouse is over item or not.
