It is a mash-up between YOURLS, Twitter and the blog.
Whenever a post or page is created, the service will automatically create a shortened URL for it, which users can use to post on Twitter.
It also supports public URL shortening services like tr.im, is.gd, tinyURL and bit.ly.
Installation:
Unpack and upload it to the /wp-content/plugins/ directory.
Activate the plugin through the 'Plugins' menu in WordPress.
