Available as a sidebar widget, but as a shortcode as well.

Weather information is retrieved via the Weather Underground and/or Worldweatheronline services.

Installation:

Unpack and upload it to the /wp-content/plugins/ directory.
Activate the plugin through the 'Plugins' menu in WordPress.
