WP Favorite Posts 1.6.2

A lightweight WordPress plugin that enables site users to mark blog posts as favorites and save this data for statistical purposes
Selections made by logged in users are saved in the WP database, while selections made by non-authenticated users are saved to cookies.

Nevertheless, all user votes are recorded and used to detect and highlight popular content on a site.

Using sidebar widgets, the webmaster can display the most favorited posts on a blog.

Marking a post as favorite is done by pressing a small marker in front of the post's title.

Unpack and upload it to the /wp-content/plugins/ directory.
Activate the plugin through the 'Plugins' menu in WordPress.
