The plugin goes to the embedded links, retrieves all favicons, optionally converts them to PNG, stores them in a cache and displays them in front of the link.
This way, users can easily identify if that is an external or internal link.
Users will instantly recognize familiar icons, and so visit or not a particular link.
The code is well documented and you can use PHPDoc to generate the documentation.
Installation:
Unpack and upload it to the /wp-content/plugins/ directory.
Activate the plugin through the 'Plugins' menu in WordPress.
