The 'WP Facebook Like Send & Open Graph Meta' plugin makes it possible to configure a set of Facebook Send and Like buttons to be automatically added to the end of all blog posts.
Besides just inserting the buttons, the plugin also adds the Open Graph meta tags to the current page's header section.
An administration page is added to the WP backend for customizing the button layout and behavior.
Installation:
Unpack and upload it to the /wp-content/plugins/ directory.
Activate the plugin through the 'Plugins' menu in WordPress.
