The Spider Random Post plugin is a quick way of showcasing past blog entries.

It is very easy to configure and activate and comes with the option of customizing how many blog posts to show at once.

Posts will be rotated on the frontend after a certain period of time, Spider Random Post working basically as a classic slideshow.

The widget's options will help developers out with these settings as well, letting them customize the time each post remains visible, and the effect used to transition from one article to another.

The commercial version of the plugin allows access to posts based on a category-basis.

Unpack and upload it to the /wp-content/plugins/ directory.
Activate the plugin through the 'Plugins' menu in WordPress.

A similar version of this plugin is also available for Joomla.
