    Social PopUP description

    WordPress plugin that shows links to an user's social accounts whenever a page is loaded

    The links are shown in a modal popup window that floats above the rest of the page and can easily be dismissed with one click.

    Links to a Google+ profile, Facebook page and Twitter account can be added.

    Installation:

    Unpack and upload it to the /wp-content/plugins/ directory.
    Activate the plugin through the 'Plugins' menu in WordPress.

    Requirements:

    · WordPress 3 or higher
