    This WordPress plugin can be used to prevent desired posts from appearing in the blog's RSS feed

    It adds a special widget on the post editing screen which contains a checkbox, which when ticked will hide the item in the RSS feed.

    Installation:

    Unpack and upload it to the /wp-content/plugins/ directory.
    Activate the plugin through the 'Plugins' menu in WordPress.

    Requirements:

    · WordPress 3 or higher
