    Simpul Forms by Esotech description

    A simple contact form plugin for WordPress

    Allows the developer to create custom contact forms and embed them in pages or posts via a shortcode.

    The shortcode is [simpul_forms].

    Installation:

    Unpack and upload it to the /wp-content/plugins/ directory.
    Activate the plugin through the 'Plugins' menu in WordPress.

    Requirements:

    · WordPress 3.3.2 or higher

    · Fixed jQuery file not loading to prevent value boxes from appearing when not needed.
