The plugin does not work out of the box by default. Some piece of PHP code must be embedded within the theme, for the notification to show up in the desired place.
Of course, instructions are provided.
A close button can be added to hide the notification after it has been read.
Colors and notification text can be customized from the WP backend.
Installation:
Unpack and upload it to the /wp-content/plugins/ directory.
Activate the plugin through the 'Plugins' menu in WordPress.
Requirements:
· WordPress 3.3 or higher
