    This WordPress plugin tracks all comments you make on other blogs and downloads them back to your own site.

    The comments can be displayed as a paginated listing, within a widget or as a daily/weekly digest.

    Installation

    Unpack and upload it to the /wp-content/plugins/ directory.
    Activate the plugin through the 'Plugins' menu in WordPress.

    Requirements:

    · WordPress 2.5 or higher
