It will allow the developer to separate themes into different directories so they're only accessible and viewable to the sites they have been installed on.
The plugin will attempt to create a directory in the /wp-content/ directory named /ms-themes/. If it fails to create it, then the user will need to make one.
In the /ms-themes/ directory the plugin will create a folder for each site that the developer will want to allow only certain themes to.
Installation:
Unpack and upload it to the /wp-content/plugins/ directory.
Activate the plugin through the 'Plugins' menu in WordPress.
