Whenever you comment on a blog with this plugin installed, your blog is informed that you made a comment. If your blog has Elsewhere installed, then your blog will show your recent comments in a widget.
This plugin behaves similarly to trackbacks only applied to comments instead of posts.
Installation
Unpack and upload it to the /wp-content/plugins/ directory.
Activate the plugin through the 'Plugins' menu in WordPress.
