The plugin basically saves lots of server disk space by not creating lots of versions of the same image that never get used.
Images are resized on the fly, whenever a certain size is needed.
The plugin also speeds up upload times, since images are not resized anymore.
Installation:
Unpack and upload it to the /wp-content/plugins/ directory.
Activate the plugin through the 'Plugins' menu in WordPress.
Requirements:
· WordPress 3.2 or higher
· Pretty permalinks must be used to work
