For many developers and users alike, the front-end admin/user toolbar has been a nightmare because it doesn't really add up that many features and it pushes down the website, reducing the visible area.
There have been a plethora of plugins that hide the admin bar (even if it can be turned off from the WP user profile page), but 'Discreet Toolbar' does something few plugin developers have thought to do.
'Discreet Toolbar' does not disable it, it only hides it and allows the user to access it (if he's comfortable and gotten used to using it) by simply moving his mouse cursor towards to the top of the page.
As the mouse nears the top, the toolbar is shown and hidden again if the mouse cursor is moved down.
Unpack and upload it to the /wp-content/plugins/ directory.
Activate the plugin through the 'Plugins' menu in WordPress.
