Bootstrap for Ender 2.2.1

Ender is a JavaScript framework for building module based server-side and client-side libraries. It's just like nom, but for front-end tools.

This is a package for Ender, implementing Twitter's Bootstrap CSS toolkit.

The entire "Bootstrap for Ender" library was also optimized and reduced in size, so it now contains around half of the original Bootstrap code, but preserves all the functionality and features.
