Cookie Banner will help Joomla administrators comply with the EU's Cookie Law.

Installation:
Go to the Joomla admin section.
Select "Extensions" -> "Install/Unistall/Extensions Manager".
Upload the package's ZIP archive file and press "Upload & Install".
