The nodes can then be commented or rated.
Installation:
Unpack in your modules folder (usually '/sites/all/modules/')
Enable under Administer > Site Building > Modules
Search terms can be added on the module's administration configuration page at /admin/settings/activitystream
After adding the search terms, run cron by clicking the "run cron manually" link. Then all the tweets based on the search term will added as a nodes.
If Views is enabled, the twitter_search_feed view will be available, which will display the node tweets
