The Open Media System's Timeslot Scheduler creates two content types; Timeslot Theme and Timeslot Event.
It requires the Broadcast Synchronization module populate existing Airings. New content is scheduled around existing content based on the rules applied to each reoccurring Timeslot Events.
Shows can be scheduled based on Project (a series that airs the same time each week), Timeslot Theme and/or votes.
It supports auto-scheduling and self-scheduling procedures and rules.
Installation:
Unpack in your modules folder (usually '/sites/all/modules/')
Enable under Administer > Site Building > Modules
