Google Analytics, besides normal websites, now can track mobile websites and mobile apps so he can better measure mobile marketing efforts.
If optimizing content for mobile users and have created a mobile website, Google Analytics can track traffic to the mobile website from all web-enabled devices, whether or not the device runs JavaScript.
This is made possible by adding a server side code snippet to the mobile website.
Of course, the admin can still track visits to the regular website coming from high-end, JavaScript enabled phones.

After installation, you must go to /admin/settings/gaservice to enter your Google Analytics account number
Installation:
Unpack in your modules folder (usually '/sites/all/modules/')
Enable under Administer > Site Building > Modules
