These rules are applied after the role-based restrictions, so it can never offer more input formats than the default role-based input formats would.
If after all limits are applied there are no input formats available for a given user on a given node type, they will still have access to the node add/edit page but will not be able to successfully submit the page.
Installation
- Unpack in your modules folder (usually /sites/all/modules/) and enable under Administer > Site Building > Modules.
