The two node types have a nodereference to each other, so double editing nodes is no more needed, the user having the possibility to edit one, and the change applied to the second as well.
If one node has a reference the other node receives also a reference to the saved node if it is referenced in that node.
Unpack in your modules folder (usually '/sites/all/modules/')
Enable under Administer > Site Building > Modules
