Content Construction Kit (CCK) 6.x-2.6 / 5.x-1.10

CCK is a powerful and popular system, which has caused it to be integrated into the core of Drupal 7.

There are many different contributed modules to extend its functionality.

Installation:

Unpack in your modules folder (usually '/sites/all/modules/')
Enable under Administer > Site Building > Modules
Go to Administer > Content management > Content types, create a new content type and edit it to add some fields
