Basic Enews provides a global "enews" template and content type specific templates so that themers can customize their markup for newsletter broadcasts without changing the look of the "live" website version of their newsletters.
Installation:
Unpack in your modules folder (usually '/sites/all/modules/')
Enable under Administer > Site Building > Modules
