Takes Delicious stored links marked as "toread" to the Instapaper service.
The tool is a single Python script, so it can be ran as a cron job, for keeping the Instapaper account always up to date.
Works fine also because Instapaper can detect dupes and remove them.

· Updates Delicious bookmark after push, replaces "toread" tag with another tag so it won't be pushed again.
· Removed dependency on Python Delicious library. (since the Delicious update meant I had to do it manually anyway.)
· Added dependency on simplejson, if using Python < 2.6.
