Yo-lib is yet another web-app framework, a la Borges or IOWA.

Yo is yet another web-app framework, a la Borges or IOWA. However, it's small (a "hello world" webapp is a one-liner, server startup included); also, I'm trying to make templating (PHP-style) real easy.
