    SimplePie description

    A PHP library for parsing syndication feeds

    Can be used with Atom and RSS feeds the same.

    SimplePie is  very well documented with a complete API reference, tutorials and screencasts.

    Just parse and use RSS-based data with any PHP app.

    Requirements:

    · PHP 5.2.0 or higher
    · PCRE support
    · cURL or fsockopen()
    · Either the PHP iconv or mbstring extension
    · libxml2

    · This is a bugfix release, which fixes a few bugs including a URI-parsing bug and an issue if DOMDocument doesn’t exist.
