Completely framework agnostic, skroller allows developers to create web pages that scroll page elements at different speed and with custom effects and animations.
This is done by defining multiple key frames for any web page.
For each frame, custom CSS settings can be defined, the library animating them between the points.
skroller heavily uses new HTML 5 and CSS 3 features.
A demo is included with the download package.
