A jQuery plugin for dynamically adding scrollbars to page elements
Scrollbars are useful when a container holds more content than its assigned size.

The plugin automatically adds the scrollbar to the designated containers, showing it only on mouse hover.

Supports drag and drop scrolling, or via the mouse wheel.

A demo is included with the download package.
