jQuery.kinetic 1.8.1

It works by allowing the user to scroll content inside a container using a drag and drop action.

After the user lets go (drop event), the content is still scrolled using a small deceleration.

The developer can set the values of the slowdown ratio and the maximum scroll velocity.

A demo is included with the download package.
