Proxypromo is written in PHP5/MySQL. It is designed to optimize the earnings from a proxy list site, you get complete control over how the site looks down to the use of the Smarty HTML template engine written by the php authors, you also get complete control over the way it works down to the easy to use but featured admin interface.
You get to choose everything from the look, the operation to the amount of time that links are stored in the database, no complicated cron jobs are required, simply a MySQL database !!
