Works fine with floated and absolutely-positioned layouts the same.
It supports infinite scrolling or setting limits to which the panel can scroll down/up with the user's viewport.
Multiple working demos are included with the download package.
Requirements:
· JavaScript enabled on client side
· jQuery JavaScript Library
Limitations:
· Portamento can be used only for one element on the page.
· Portamento won't slide an element if having an horizontal scrollbar active. But falls back nicely in a normal position.
