Map Pop

An image map can be very useful but normally employs JavaScript.

This script uses a single unordered list and a pair of spans to create such a map, with CSS pop-ups providing more information about the mapped hot-spots.

The pop-ups can contain anything that can be included in a single link within a list item of, in this example, an unordered list. Create an image viewer, a map like the example, a virtual menu of content bits, anything you like. The possibilities are many.
