Flashy Fading Rollover Menu

This script is an example of a fading rollover menu. When you move your mouse over an item the item will lighten up. Even your mouse cursor will change.

You can even set pictures in the menu these will also be fading in and out. When you change the background color of an item, the item will fade in the same color.
