PHP Exif Reader 1.2

PHP Exif Reader takes a JPEG image file searches for the EXIF marker and if it finds it populates an array called $exif_data with the tags it recognises.

The script has the following shortcomings:
- it does not recognise maker notes
- and it only reads files (using fopen) not variables of data
At least the second flaw will be fixed in the next release, and it should also support Cannon, Nikon and Sony maker notes.
