    Cheque Number Reader description

    This MATLAB function will read the scanned image of the bank cheque and recognize the cheque's number

    The cheque number is first cut from the image, and then every number is cropped individually so it can be compared to a sample image.

    All six digits are compared against the sample images and the best match will be considered as the number in the image.

    The cheque number will be then assigned to a variable and displayed.

    Requirements:

    · MATLAB 7.6 or higher
