Created mainly to spice up images with overlay graphics, the "Simple Overlay" jQuery plugin can be utilized with other HTML elements as well.
It can take a predefined structure (HTML content, image, watermark, pattern) and overlay it on top of another element.
Simple Overlay implements a layering system based on jQuery code and target areas.
Examples are included with the download.
